Contact and data used

Project contact: Unicorn Who Dev, unicornwhodev@gmail.com. We process account name, email address, account identifier, authentication information, orders, confirmed payments, access rights, support and withdrawal requests.

A successfully generated download link creates an event with the account identifier, instrument, version, platform and date. This does not prove that a transfer was completed. Detailed statistics are restricted to the authorised administrator account.

Purposes and legal grounds

Account, payment and delivery processing is necessary to fulfil your purchase and manage your library. Abuse prevention and security serve the legitimate interest of protecting the service. Order records are kept to meet applicable obligations.

Audience measurement of public pages requires your consent. Refusing or withdrawing it does not prevent use of the store. A purchase does not constitute marketing consent.

Optional instrument newsletter

The newsletter uses your email address, selected language, confirmation date and consent record to send news about published instrument updates. It requires a separate request and confirmation by email. An account, purchase or free download never subscribes you automatically. Resend sends these messages.

Withdraw your consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in each newsletter, without signing in. Account, security and order messages are independent. Unconfirmed requests are removed after seven days. After withdrawal or suppression, the email address is cleared within thirty days; a hashed suppression reference and the consent and delivery records may be retained for up to three years to respect your choice and establish proof. Discord is an external service. Opening its link takes you to Discord, whose account, server access rules and privacy policy apply. No Discord content is embedded in this website.

Providers and transfers

Vercel hosts the site. Neon provides authentication, the database and storage; the store infrastructure is in the AWS Frankfurt region. Stripe processes payments. Resend delivers transactional account, order and access emails, and link-issuance alerts to the store operator; these alerts do not include private download URLs. Card details are entered on Stripe and are not stored by this website.

Retention and choices

Account and library information is retained while you use the service. You may request account closure. Records necessary to prove a purchase or meet accounting obligations may be kept for up to ten years where those obligations apply.

Download events support delivery monitoring and abuse prevention. You may request erasure, subject to records needed to handle a dispute. Your audience-measurement choice is stored for 180 days. Your cart stays on your device until cleared or a purchase is confirmed.

Contact unicornwhodev@gmail.com to exercise applicable rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection. Identity verification may be necessary. Withdraw audience-measurement consent at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer.

Listening questionnaires

We process your verified account, language, listening equipment, optional experience, ratings, comments and time positions, saved progress, acceptance of the rules and reward history to save and resume answers, evaluate sound, provide rewards and prevent abuse. Responses are private and reviewed by the authorised administrator; participation never subscribes you to the newsletter. Do not include personal information in comments. Contact support for access or erasure, subject to records necessary for reward usage and disputes.
