All our plugins are available in VST3 (Windows & Mac) and AU (Mac only). VST2 and AAX formats are not currently supported.

Any DAW accepting VST3 plugins: Ableton Live 11+, FL Studio 21+, Reaper, Cubase, Studio One, Bitwig. On Mac: Logic Pro (AU), GarageBand (AU).

Your license allows installation on up to 3 machines you own. No online activation system at this time.

Yes, macOS builds are compiled as Universal Binary (x86_64 + ARM64) and run natively on Apple Silicon chips.

Payments are processed via Stripe. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Apple Pay are accepted depending on your region.

Stripe automatically generates a receipt sent to your email. For a detailed VAT invoice, contact support.

Digital goods once delivered are not automatically refundable. In case of a proven file defect, contact support within 48 hours.

Go to the Downloads page — confirmation is automatic via Stripe. If the plugin still doesn't appear after 2 minutes, contact support with your order reference.

Yes, at any time from your Account page or the Downloads page. Your purchases are linked to your account and always available.

From the Account page, click "Forgot your password?" and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link valid for 1 hour.

Yes. Send a request to privacy@unicorsoundengine.com from your account email. Data is deleted within 30 days in compliance with GDPR.
